If I could leave negative stars, I would. This place put my life in more danger than my abuser. Then sent me back , partially. I had to leave my belongings, including a $1500 Oxygen compressor and walk in 12 degree weather at 1 o'clock in the morning in snow and ice. They scolded the Uber driver to only bring to a police station. They made him think I was some fugitive and he was too scared to bring me to my daughters place OR hotel. It's been 2 months and I'm STILL healing.

I called after 5 and the phone was answered “hello”. I almost hung up. I asked if it was a dv line she said yes but only for emergencies and to call back after the holidays, without even knowing if it was an emergency. And it was. But cool. Thanks babessss. The kids are scared and cold fleeing dv but I forgot dv stops after 5, on weekends and during holiday! My bad. Must be the repeated concussions. Here’s a thought. Just shut the line off. Or leave an automated message that says that. Don’t gotta pay staff to waste resources. Ijs.

This is not the actual umbrella center. I came here looking for help and the people said this is only a behavior health center. I did not get any of the advice or resources I needed
