I called after 5 and the phone was answered “hello”. I almost hung up. I asked if it was a dv line she said yes but only for emergencies and to call back after the holidays, without even knowing if it was an emergency. And it was. But cool. Thanks babessss. The kids are scared and cold fleeing dv but I forgot dv stops after 5, on weekends and during holiday! My bad. Must be the repeated concussions. Here’s a thought. Just shut the line off. Or leave an automated message that says that. Don’t gotta pay staff to waste resources. Ijs.
