Great place to have in such a needed area!

Do not waste your time over here is a waste of your time and energy and effort. There are some very evil demonic infidels who work there that I called staff Corey Hughes and a whole lot of racial profiling going on there.

They are the best and doing the greatest good. Making a positive difference in the Chicagoland area and the entire world.

I appreciate the services and care they provide for people who are lost and can’t find their way, I’ve battled substance abuse for almost 5 years and I build up the courage to reach out for help, I was a resident here and the experience is different for everybody, while it’s a Christian organization, certain people aren’t accepted or treated as equals, while you have some people who really care some of the staff and clients had really nasty attitudes and were Judgmental and Condescending, I felt alone here and left because I felt like I deserved a better level of care.

If I had the option of rating no stars I would. Very unprofessional staff, lack empathy , and less than adequate communication skills. I would think due to the nature of this organization and location staff would be trained at the very least how to communicate. I will never donate a dime, nor piece of clothing with anything incorporating the name Salvation ARMY, due to my experience. There is no excuse for the way staff conducts themselves and deals directly with there residents. I will be perusing the highest chain of command to have my repeated incidents of disrespect investigated. Count your days to the uneducated, simple minded staff.
