I would love the opportunity to be a counselor there. Helping others has always been a part of my life newborns to 105 yrs old at some point in our lives we could all use the compassion, understanding and the willingness for someone to just listen.

I have a former client who wanted to be seen again. I wrote a four page type letter to this agency over six weeks ago. Each time I have called to see if the Director of projects has received this letter that we can give me an answer. I am suffering from Chronic PTSD, depression and Zaidi. I don’t think these people care about anyone that’s A senior. I guess because I’m old they figure I don’t need help. My PTSD is affecting all sorts of facets in my life and addition of light I’ve had more memories of the abuse that I suffered in my marriage. Beside the beatings I remembered a scary Incident where my spouse Chase me down four flights of stairs caught up with me and started slamming the back my head into the stairs. I had somehow managed to forget that until some thing I was watching on TV but it all back and that was very recent. But at present I wouldn’t give him any stars I could could I am very angry and Disappointed. I left my phone number and my email address with them and I’ve never received any type of reply. Good luck getting any help if you’re an older woman.

Calling the hotline is hit or miss here. Also I have not been able to find a counselor that can help me. I am glad that others have found help. That's why I didn't put lower star value. I appreciate the service they have there. Maybe I just cannot click with the counselors there. It is frustrating to have CPTSD and to try and get help. Seems like they can only deal with somethings and not others. Maybe this is just my experience but that is why I am writing this review. Not to make the place look bad but to just put my feedback and my experiences. Basically I am frustrated with this place.
