Pillars Community Health Medical Center has been an incredible resource for me. From the moment I walked in, Katrina and the entire staff made me feel welcome and supported. Their professionalism and warmth made scheduling appointments a breeze, and I always felt like my needs were a top priority. My doctor, Sandra Araiza, has been an absolute lifesaver. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication to patient care are unmatched. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explains treatment options, and always goes above and beyond to ensure my well-being. I am incredibly grateful for her care and guidance. Pillars seems to disappoint me time and time again. Needed a TB test read and the results faxed (which took Concentra care literally 5 minutes) and Pillars wanted to put me in for an appointment on the 12th. I told the receptionist that there is a time frame to these results being read and needed this service to be done in the next 24 hours, but I do not think she understood because she still referred to it as me getting a "tuberculosis shot". Very disappointed and will refrain and discourage others from coming to this clinic.

Haven't been going here long, but my experience has been nothing but amazing. The front desk receptionist are very friendly and the wait time for my appointment was 10 mins long. The benefits department was especially helpful! They have gone above and beyond to help me out with my insurance, and have seen me at my appointments regardless of my insurance being inactive. I would definitely recommend this place to others, the service is incredible.
