Place to hang out instead of the streets during daylight hours when you're not sleeping. You can take a shower there, get on a computer, get information about resources and they will help you find things. I do believe you can wash clothes there.

Great place to get a small cup of coffee, and a light snack if. Even better if you can just bathe and be gone.
