This is a place for counseling and/or classes for women. I took a class called Boundaries, which deals with setting personal boundaries. It was well taught. Good book and workbook choices.

This organization is a great resource for women. They offer volunteer peer counseling at no cost to the client. This can be done one on one, or in groups and studies.
