poor staffing issues, on going bedbug issues, don not check in if you have health or mental issues, they will not help you, do to the lack of staff. day desk men. literally raiding the walk in fridge in the kitchen area, (donations of food, pop, helping themselves to more than just one bottle of pop. or food in loading bags, waiting to annouce to the other residents that theirs food and pop downstairs, after returning with thier bags full of pop or food leaving very little for the rest of residents to grab a pop or a couple of bags of chips for the rest of us, whenever they want. ? or when one of the desk men by the name of james, gets pissed off at another resident, not only will he start to yell and scream, or raise his voice at that individual, but will also cuss at him, wont stop until hes done.
