I was sent here after a week at the behavioral center in may. At my intake appointment with a social worker I saw one who told me he would be able to help me with everything I needed done and after that I saw a different social worker. She was extremely nice and understanding but was unable to do anything the initial worker said could be done. I also messaged her asking to be able to do virtual appointments since I’m struggling with my physical health and only my first of three messages have been answered. I have been off my meds for almost a month because I’m currently unable yo make calls and I haven’t had a response from the social worker for help setting up an appointment with my doctor. The doctor who prescribed my meds also seemed to ignore when I told her that any medication I’ve tried that wasn’t solely for insomnia is treatment in the past hasn’t worked in the long term

Bad experience. After two years of trying to find a good counselor I thought I finally found one but she was very cold and there was no connection and I couldn’t relate to her on anything. To make matters worse my case manager didn’t do anything about it when I asked to get referred to another counselor. I’m not impressed..

Texoma Community Center is anything but a community and offeres it's employees an extremely toxic work environment. For somewhere that is supposed to be concerned with mental health, they do nothing when their own employees struggle and in fact put them intentionally into negative situations. Then they let them go as if they bare no responsibility whatsoever. There are so many reasons not to work here and not to let anyone you care about work here that Google doesn't even allow enough characters to list them all. The corruption and ineptitude starts at the very top where the "leaders" (if you can even call them that) sit pretty collecting bonuses all while telling the people with the hardest jobs, those struggling to make a living wage, that there just isn't enough money to pay them more. People should be very wary of doing business with them or for them.
