I was having a real hard time with my landlord and I went online to check all the laws in the state of Pennsylvania and Lancaster. I probably was about to make the biggest mistake of my life had I not talked to Peggy. She was completely knowledgeable about the laws and she had a very reasonable and understanding mind and was an absolute big plus in my final decision of what I should do. She seems like she extremely cared.I'm a little older and sometimes I get long-winded and talk too much but she was extremely patient answered every question and I was so glad to talk to her and she's a real asset to your organization. I don't write many reviews but I was so glad that I talked to her because I was really stressed a little bit and now that's all gone she's a big plus. I promised I'd write a review and not because she asked me only because I wanted to cheer her up if she was having a bad day which I don't think she was, but everybody needs a hand these days and she definitely deserves a compliment!Again thank you Peggy and your organization. Helped me get out of a shelter into a room for rent. Paid my security deposit and 1st months rent. The caseworkers are God sent. They are intense and hands on with clients that have a job, and set goals and accomplish them. Helped me get a new birth certificate and social security card. They also helped me with bus passes. If your serious they're serious about you.
