I was trying to donate, and the Reception lack care. She told me that they do not expect clothing donations, but she will tell me where I could go. She gave me a fictious name, laughed, then got off the phone. I feel caring is primary when working a job for others. Not for a person who gives negative input that will make people not to help at all.

Very helpful and understanding. Willing to work with clients. They work on providing that community feeling of support in times of hardship often when a person feels very alone.

They never gave me chance to find a job and help support my family. I was out of work due to health reasons which they understood and they were supposed to give me a chance for recoup time but they never did. Also the counselors will say one thing and the next day they'll have something different to say. And when the counselors will say they will meet you at a certain time they never show up at that time. Just what I thought you use the same reply to cover up something.
