My mother’s case was terminated because you claimed her paperwork wasn’t sent which in fact it was! Y’all never called her for her phone interview back in October so you terminated Her case. Then tell her to reapply which she does in November. You sent a letter the day of her alleged phone interview yet once again NO ONE called! But you’re quick to send a letter saying she missed her interview, HOW when you didn’t call! Been on hold for what you said should be no longer than 46 minutes has been 2 flipping HOURS! Get a better system! It’s children and elderly people who need the assistance and yall not even trying to help smh!

They lie like they are calling you for a phone appointment. They never call. Then they will send you a letter saying you missed your phone appointment. They will still do the same thing even if you go in person. This is currently happening with three people I know. Update: This has been going on for months..here we are in 2024, and they still have to sit on the phone for hours just for nothing to happen. If I’m not mistaken, someone I knew called and they said that their paperwork was just sitting on the desk; that was weeks ago..is the paperwork still sitting on the damn desk? Of course it is.

I'm only giving one star so I can give a review. These people have some of the nastiest attitudes. They act as gatekeepers preventing citizens from getting the services they need. I have yet to hear of anyone having a positive experience. They need to get more qualified people who actually want to be at work to handle these positions. There is no reason a person should be calling at 8 in the morning talking to people like they are asking for them to come out their own pockets with something. Do better!
