I am just absolutely disgusted and disappointed by the city of McKinney and Collin county specifically. I reached out for Assistance nearly two months ago from. Signed up for the utility assistance program and waited for 2 months only for them to mention I’m still missing information smh literally waited until my services were disconnected and still did nothing…a waste of time and energy.

Almost 3 mo. No word. Never been such a long wait before with no response. Rec'd a message in Feb that appl was rec'd but can't get an update....except taking longer than expected. And it's even past that time limit.

Horrible they don’t return phone calls. After you have done everything they asked still no response. Very unprofessional. I guess they assist who they want.

I have been helped with our electric bills for a couple of years and have always had a very good relationship with the customer service people. They always treat you with respect rather than a bottom feeder. I hope that some day I will be able to give back all that they have given me and my family. Thank you so much TCOG.

There good but they don't let you know if you're approved for any type of assistance especially for utility assistance. This year it has gotten worse, now they want extra documents for proof. Isn't my driver's license and birth certificate enough.
