If you have multiple domestic issues and they get tired of dealing with you they will be rude and snotty to you on the phone. They cut my mother off on the phone while trying to explain more details of an on going case that's been happening for over four years. If they feel they don't need to help you then they won't regardless of what the law is. Will never go to them for help again
