We cannot speak more highly of Dr Grimsley, Sarah, his Nurse Practitioner and his wife Diana who handles all the requests and phone calls. My friends regularly ask for his info when I share how we have been so excellently treated. For years we dreaded going to the doctor because we were given such spotty and indiscriminate treatment plans. Dr Grimsley and his practice are truly holistic, they’ve been able to treat health problems of different members of our family that just felt we had to “deal with” for years. We never feel rushed and always feel like we can actually understand and remember what was said, not to mention the excellent level Of communication given through the patient portal and text messages. Diana has also been incredible with fitting in appointments when needed. We have never had to wait for an appointment when we had an urgent situation and have given immediate referrals for specialists as well as getting blood draws at the office which is a huge perk when you’re a busy parent. The list is continuous, they are an incredible practice and we could never repay them for the gifts they have been to our family in so many ways.

Dr. John has been so amazing for our family, he is great with the kids and truly cares about his patients. Something different about Summit is that communication with the office is so easy. Phone, text, in person, virtual, there is something convenient for everyone and every situation!

When Direct Care was mentioned to me as an alternative to the traditional doctors office, I was intrigued. When I looked into it, I found Dr. Grimsley and decided to give it a shot when my traditional doctors office was falling short in a multitude of ways. From the first appointment, I knew I had found an quality practice. Dr. Grimsley changed the first appointment to address what I was presently dealing with and we then scheduled the longer first-visit appointment for later. In both cases, I was blown away by his thoroughness, knowledge, and attentiveness. Moreover, over the past 8 months that I have been a patient, he has been able to break down and explain concepts in a way that gives me peace and reassurance. It was very apparent that Dr. Grimsley was not only knowledgeable, but that he cares about each of his patients. I live fairly far away (45 mins) from the Summit Office, but nevertheless continue to use and emphatically recommend Summit. If you have any thoughts about trying out this practice, I cannot encourage you enough to do so!
