St. Mark United Methodist Church, the largest African-American church in the United Methodist Northern Illinois Conference, was founded on the South Side of Chicago in 1893. We are a community of love and service that invites others to faith in Jesus Christ!

Came by to drop off some clothes and was told they don't take donations......Really if I came by to drop off a check you'd take that I bet ...A blessing is a blessing regardless of how it Folds

United Metodist Women's group will host a blood drive on March 12th. This blood drive is in response to the blood shortage in the Chicagoland area. If you are on the south side, please help us by coming to make your donation. You will meet some great people. And, St. Mark's is a great place if you are looking for a church home.
