The Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are very kind, and have an abundant amount of knowledge about health ranging from pediatrics to fertility and pregnancy. I came to Saint Gianas expecting high quality care and to feel understood, and seen (literally and figuratively). After waiting months to receive care from Doctor Guevara, I have been met with nothing but multiple cancellations, they sent me to the wrong ultrasound clinic, managed to mess up blood work orders, and have failed to reach out when they receive news on blood work and ultrasounds. I’ve had to call multiple times to get answers for my labs and ultrasound and I get shoved off the line to a nurse who knows all the ways to get me off the phone without actually giving me any answers. Doctors and NP’s 8/10, anyone at the front desk/ Nurses 2/10. Lacking in compassion at times, incorrect information I’ve experienced them mixing me up with another patient while in the office, communication skills, along with issues calling with enough time before the office closes to receive a proper response from the patient.

I just love Dr Cassidy, been seeing him for like five years... easy to talk to, very detailed, very informative, understanding, and works to getting to the actual core of your issues. At this clinic... the nurses are outstanding! Always nice to you 😊 so glad I switched and found him here and not "abroad" as I was told.

We drove an hour and a half to be seen here due to so many recommendations from friends/colleagues. Well worth the drive. Dr. Reinardy was extremely thorough and informative. He was very knowledgeable and up to date with recent studies and info released. He took the time to really explain things to us, answered every question we had, and created a manageable step-by-step course of action. Excellent doctors can be hard to find these days, but this clinic is fantastic. The level of care provided here is unmatched!
