For the last 2 months , the bill has been ridiculously high. We've made sure the lights and unused appliances are unplugged and the bill is still almost $400. This is terrible and the sad part about this is, there's no other electrical provider option to switch too. Something isn't right.

Our bill is ridiculous. We didn't use our ac and the bill was almost $500. I wish we could use another company. The bills these last few months have been unseemly.

They provide power great but when u have an issue you can’t never get assistance. Emails, calls… nothing which is why I’m here …. Does anyone actually work here? My bill is usually $100 and over the last 2 months it’s been $400… something is definitely wrong and until I can get some answers this is highway robbery.
