I’m only leaving a 5 star review because this place has been here a while and we need more places like it.

One review said “do not believe the bad reviews.” This is my own personal and VALID experience I had with this place. I highly question the competency of this facility and its staff. It was weeks until I could get in with my OB and I needed an ultrasound right away for peace of mind. I appreciated that they were able to get me in and see me, but I honestly wish I never went at all. Not only did they misdiagnose me, but they put my husband and I through emotional and mental hell for days. They told us based on our ultrasound that we had a rare case of triplets, and all without heartbeats. Seeing what we saw in the ultrasound was a red flag, because for how far along I was, the blobs in the ultrasound did not look like embryos to me and I didn’t really believe it. Something wasn’t right. One of the nurses then hugged me and kissed my cheek on their way out, which I found completely inappropriate. They don’t know me, they don’t know if or how I receive contact from a stranger, or what’s going on among the confusion in my head. And instead of asking to hug me or touch me at all, they just did it. Being a “crisis center,” you’d think they’d be better trained to appropriately handle human contact. My husband thought it was really strange as well. COMPLETELY unacceptable, unprofessional and invasive. They also told us taking Tylenol while pregnant was linked to autism in children, which I did google after leaving like they suggested. This was a claim made back in 2019. Since 2024, there have been several reputable sources who have came out with new studies debunking this information. Another red flag. We went to get a second opinion from an actual medical facility who told us there were no triplets, and in fact, no baby at all. It was a blighted ovum, an empty sac. Granted, it still wasn’t good news but way better news than me housing 3 dead babies and dealing with that torment for days. The sonogram tech at the second place manipulated the probe and showed us exactly what this clinic did and how it was made to look like something that wasn’t actually there. They replicated the exact same image. Not to mention the doctor here read the ultrasound and agreed?! Even the second sonogram tech knew immediately the first diagnosis was incorrect and their radiologist came in after and didn’t need 3 seconds before confirming the same. We are feeling a lot in this situation and anger is only one of the many emotions. We will never return to this place nor can we recommend it to anyone.

I was gonna make an appt but then I did research and saw its listed as a "Crisis Center" aka a fake womens clinic. They will NOT give you all your options (abortion, adoption, or where to access pregnancy care) and prey upon vunerable women. They are NOT a medical clinic. You want a place with good care go to Planned Parenthood where you will recieve all your options as well as non judgemental staff. Only reason I considered is because it takes weeks to see an OB right now but after my research and seeing some of the reviews I wont be now.
