Absolutely the best people!!!! They are very professional and helped me every step on the way from filing with them to being a liason with the prosecutor. They protected me every bit of the way. They're always there to answer my calls too. Only had to leave one message which was returned very quickly. I appreciate their systems! Thank you so much for your continuing help!

I went to them after a police officer recommended them. To say they were helpful I cannot. I have a cyber bullying issue. I have attorneys and police officers in other states saying I definitely need a protective order. The gal I spoke to right off the bat had sent me an email and I responded the best I could and instead of hearing anything helpful I was read a bunch of rules and told my email was a hard read. I was then told we can work on getting you a protective order but you're probably going to be denied. I was discouraged from the very first interaction..I'm thinking why would an officer suggest getting a protective order if he didn't think it was necessary?. This individual was going to call me once. I rearranged my work schedule to not only not receive a call but heard that meetings had taken precedence over my concerns. I'm sorry but this is not how it should work. Again I have had even a rep from the attorney generals office saying what is wrong with new Castle? Maybe a lack of human concern and compassion would be my guess. Absolutely unhelpful from day one. If you're being abused you might be safer trying to run then in receiving help from this organization. I was thoroughly disappointed.

Safe at home has been very understanding and helpful.
