I appreciate the idea behind this place but like I drove all the way there in my van that I live in that needs brakes that I can’t afford to fix on an expensive tank of gas for an appointment and when I arrived the counselor had called in sick and the receptionist said “oh I was going to check if she had anything today” …💀 Someone should have called me. Literally I’m broke and my van is breaking and I really don’t appreciate the miles I just drive for nothing. On top of that the receptionist needs to work on her poker face bcuz she seemed pretty judgmental about me not wanting to hang around and chat with a stranger after such disappointment. Like this kind of job demands empathy not incredulity Now I have to buy more gas and probably won’t bother coming back. Peace

While we were there the people were amazing especially miss Diane but when I confided to miss Jessica who was one of the main supervisors about something else turned her back on us after we left and actually called dss and made a bunch of lies up .I've never felt so hurt and let down. She acts like she's your support partner but she is not she's fake and hurtful.shes hurt us terribly.not to mention Jessica has her husband working there and he is a awesome man and unhappy but when she offered to help my child with food items and then changed her mind the next day. He took it upon himself to help us and went out and brought us food. I cant believe this woman is so cold hearted. She also will put you and your child out on the street without any concern or care.

They try to help me but if you have animals don't bring them there ,if you do you better have a lot of paperwork work on them ,if you have a service dog or a support animal you better have a lot of paperwork,it your animal snap at one worker you will have to keep it in your room ,and if they snap at a residence there they will tell you to put it in the pet stable, and then if they have another complaint about your animal, then you have two choices to get rid of your animal or leave ,for me I had my 2 chances I left ,I didn't give them a chance to ask me to leave ,if a animal don't like it there you better not stay and they had two many rules for me ,if you don't won't to have trouble there with your pet don't take them there ,trust me I already been through it ,find another shelter or a Christian one
