Worst Experience I have EVER had!! Office personnel were disrespectful, condescending and just plain rude! I have never been made to feel as small and worthless as these people did. They don't care about anything you the client in need are feeling. STAY AWAY

Good luck. I tried to schedule an appointment several times. Calling gets you a message with information that tells you to call back to schedule. When you call back it's the same message. If you let it ring, your call is never answered. If you show up in person, no one will help you. They just tell you to call. The thrift store is priced at or near the price of any other thrift store. It's not a bad store, just not the prices is expect when they know their clientele can't afford food. I left hungry and disappointed.

The volunteers are very friendly and helpful. It was nice to make my own choices, I know everything will be used! I did not go into the thrift store side.

The workers are condescending and dismal. I don't know if that's being self important? But don't expect to be treated the same as other clients. Pull up in a brand new SUV though, and they lay out the red carpet.

Great people. Super helpful and kind. Always available to help people in need even through this whole covid experience.
