Why have a phone number if you never going to answer at all at any point during business hours. Been over 3 days still no call back , I thought it was yall job to help this community but I can't seem to even speak with anyone it's beyond annoying. I don't have a car to get downtown everyday just for yall to tell me I need another piece of paper for approval this is becoming beyond irritating and yall should be thoroughly ashamed of yalls behavior towards the community and responding In a timely manner.

I've applied for them on two different occasions once when I was a couple of months behind and now when facing eviction. Both times I was denied I have 4 kids (3 of them 5 and under) all in school and they didn't give a reason why. Definitely a for profit organization and they are not doing the Lord's work. I pray for mercy on them because they're going to need it.

I applied TWICE with this organization and I was DENIED both times. The first time I was not in eviction status and turned down. I applied a couple weeks later after being in eviction status and I was denied a second time. They do not give you a reason as to why you’re denied just an email stating they’re unable to help you. They have you to send in ALL of your information in to them only to be denied. I was in a car accident three months ago in which caused me to miss work. Missing work caused me to get a little behind. Several other organizations referred this place only for them to NOT help. I see this place has MANY of the same reviews of not helping people in times of need. Why are you guys even being referred if you’re NOT helping folks?! But then again as one review stated I guess I’m not the “right person” to receive help. I’ll be sure to spread the word around that this place is in fact bogus and a scam. Thank you for NOTHING Rooftop Nashville!!
