Beware of their trick questions- The intake specialist who's name I believe was Courtney will ask obvious answer questions such as "Do you want your harasser to be prosecuted" knowing everyone would say "yes" The very next day she will send you a denial letter stating they are not the police and can't prosecute anyone. If you respond back by acknowledging that they are obviously not the police and just requesting assistance with navigating the system as advertised on their website, you will still get denied. The only thing this business WILL do for you, is keep you on their email list and continuously ask you for donations.
