Roger and I left a traditional Baptist church and joined river because we felt this church was doing what we feel. The church in general is called to do. They are seeking to meet needs of people in the community and to welcome all to hear the gospel preached in truth. Meeting the needs of the poor and hurting is part of what we are to do in living life and loving others. Any age or race is welcome at River of life. The word of God is held in high honor and preached each week. Worship is also a priority along with serving others.
