This place is crooked, untruthful, and unprofessional. I required services that they could provide and found them in my area. I got a bad vibe when I walked in and saw the rude, sloppy woman at the front desk behind the (bulletproof?) glass, stuffing her face with lunch while checking me in. I thought this was highly unprofessional. Next, I had an evaluation by a woman who made me fill out some paper full of spelling and grammatical errors and she hardly even asked me any questions. Because it took a long time to send my report where it was supposed to go, I had to call them multiple times to see what was going on and the same rude woman at the front desk would answer the phone and was even more rude and nasty and acted as if I was bothering her and inconveniencing her. When my report was received, I found that it was very untruthful and even said I was evaluated by a man when I was, in fact, evaluated by a woman. I wonder if they are doing this so they can take the money of people without using an actually licensed individual. Then, they refused to send me a copy of my own report that I paid them for. I work in the medical field and know a few things and noticed that they had things on the wall showing they are licensed through the Texas Department of State Health Services and I have recently filed a complaint for breaching my right to my records as a patient. I would not recommend this place at all. Highly unprofessional and dishonest organization.
