I just want to give a shout out and a HUGE round of applause to Kathy Jarmon ! I've had the pleasure of experiencing true heart felt customer service in every shape, form, and fashion from miss Kathy. I no longer dread contacting twc AT ALL. I think she has the biggest heart of anyone I know. She goes above and beyond EVERY TIME! TRULY A BLESSING ! Also, her supervisor Mr James! Lol amazingly sweet man and very professional, informative, and straight to the point, and excuse my language (for lack of other word) but no BS ! Best experiences EVER! You have no idea how good it made me feel that you treated me with human decency and respect. You always do. The whole crew there is amazing to be honest. They deserve this praise. I know covid has really changed the way you all can operate, but your service has not diminished in any way. You are truly appreciated. Consistently wasting people's time at this location. You can't see anyone for a month out. What is the purpose of all of these people standing around if it takes a month to speak to someone when the odds of getting educational resources are even lower. Terrible customer service. Too many 'employees' doing nothing.

Mrs. Lynnette Norman, is the best M.A.P.S instructor a persons can asked for. She is truly understanding and very well gifted to help people reach their success. If they did have an employee of the year it would definitely be her.She is one amazing person!!
