I Belong in Austin Applications for I Belong in Austin closed on February 7 at 5 p.m. The I Belong in Austin program provides rental assistance to residents vulnerable to eviction. Austin Housing’s goal is to provide financial assistance with rent, moving, storage, and relocation costs to avoid eviction and keep families in their homes.
