Applying to this organization has been a frustrating and opaque experience. Despite submitting multiple applications for roles where my qualifications and native language were a strong match, I never received a response or any feedback. Upon checking LinkedIn, I noticed that some positions were filled by individuals with noticeably less relevant experience and qualifications. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness in the hiring process. If the goal is to empower women, that mission is undermined when selections appear to favor personal connections over merit.
