Of all things looking for a knob on top of a glass lid for a pot that came broken as a Christmas gift. Found the perfect item and the staff were kind enough to find a screwdriver and help us harvest the part and recycle the rest. Maybe not a Christmas miracle but a nice little find and nice people. If I lived here at shop here more often. Thank you!

I will start by saying the employees were very kind. This is not about theor character at all. I absolutely love redwood gospel missions super thrift in Rohnert Park, it is my go to thrift store, I frequent it fairly often, for all kinds of things. I came to this store bc it is closer to my house, and I had never been before. I was expecting the same as RP, but boy was I wrong. The store was a disaster. I thrift ALOT!! So I expect the usual dig of a good thrift store. This was not that, this was messy, unkept and unmanaged. The front of the store and to the left of the front door was the worst, it was boxes thrown all over the floor, stuff everywhere, and the shelves were piled with so many things it was hard to shop. There was no organization, with the exception of the kitchen ware section, that was well kept. The Christmas section was piles and boxes. The toy section was spilling out onto the walkway, (toys are messy, I get that, but with the state of the rest of the store....) The shelves, were very unorganized. I went in looking for picture frames, but had to walk every row in the front of the store, because stuff was spread out all over. The shoes and clothes were okay, but the shoes were not organized by size. They are just there, and they are also in 3 different places. Adjacent, but not all in one designated space. The back corner by the sitting chair close to the shoes smelled as if someone, or something had peed in the corner. The floors were unkempt, and ypu can tell they have not seen a broom or mop in a long time. My young son and I were also followed through the store, by a middle aged gentleman and a younger adult male, almost the entire time we were in the store, the older man stayed within 5 feet of me and my son, and kept walking so close and blatantly staring at us, he was clearly not shopping, and ot was extremely uncomfortable, to the point where my son started to get scared and asked if we could leave bc the man was getting to close and bumped into him. I am sad to say I will not be returning there again.

I loved the selection of clothing available! The prices were a bit high and customer service wasn't too good. Because of the selection available I would definitely return if and when I'm in the area again.
