Elevate Academy is the world’s largest free, online professional development program specifically designed for survivors of human trafficking. Founded by survivor Rebecca Bender in 2014, the academy offers a 12-week curriculum featuring two core courses and one elective, with lifetime access to a wide range of additional training. Courses are developed by survivors and cover topics such as life planning, professional skills, financial literacy, business, public speaking, and nonprofit leadership. Elevate Academy also hosts in-person networking chapters, offers post-graduate opportunities, and provides a safe, inclusive space for survivors to thrive. The organization is committed to ethical storytelling, financial transparency, and empowering survivors to restore and live their dreams.
