My ex broke my permanent protection order in clay county and the magistrate judge told a survivor of a very nasty domestic violence survivor that HE didn't feel comfortable enforcing my order because of its age. Well this the reason ii was givens a permanent protection order because the judge knew he would never leave me be. Here we are 20 years later and he's still following me around. First Fannin County screwed me bc they never registered my restraining order on the national registry. Which my protection order states it does not matter if he has or hasn't been put in it as soon as I showed the deputy my ppo paper work. He was supposed to be arrested on the spot without question. But because of a small town crooked judge he put my life back in danger by releasing him. I was advised to call my local shelter and a advocate would help me. Nope she wanted to argue with me about my order being a permanent protection order which has no expiration date. That's why it's called a permanent protection order. So now I know the sheriff dept isn't going to help protect me. Good thing my daddy taught me how to defend myself! This woman was screaming at me like I was a the abuser. Don't go there if you need help call the main hotline.. Because 4 days after the judge didn't enforce the ppo order Ihave he broke into a cabin reveal with s fault inside. He attacked the mother with a machete and beat the dad up pretty bad with just his fist all while several kids were present and watching. If the judge would of enforced my order that fault would never of been victimized. I was talked to like I wasthe bad person instead of the one who had lived looking over my shoulder for the last 20 years.
