of Queens Legal Services...
Words will not truly express the gratitude of how much Ms. Isaacs' stewardship has impacted this family, especially that being of my Mom. On behalf of my mother, and siblings, I am publicly declaring how deeply grateful we are for the overwhelming quality care legal representation that you have provided, which was beyond our expectations!
To say 'thank you' is really not enough. Therefore, we pray that will GOD continue to bless you, Ms. Isaacs, while you seemingly bless the lives of others...yes, even in the workplace! |

Olga Ustinova rated 1 a year ago I contacted Queens Legal Services over two years ago. I was provided with a lawyer Andrea Madrid. Guys, this is not a lawyer, but a procrastinator. She conducted the case so carelessly, pulled my case to the limit, she gave my documents to the translator at the last moment, although I gave her all the documents in January 2020, she received the translation only on August 10 of this year. She endlessly canceled appointments (she allegedly had constant appointments with doctors), she ignored my calls and messages for a whole year, and then reappeared in February or March of this year and said that she had just seen my calls and messages. Didn't they work all year? All offices worked remotely. She promised that we would submit the documents by May 19, but on August 11, the documents were still not submitted. Now she again does not answer my messages and I do not know if she submitted my documents to the immigration office. My son turned 21 on August 16 and if she did not submit our documents, then we have huge problems. I want to know which department Queens Legal Services is under. Someone should control their work. Although it is difficult to call it work.. |
Julio Morell rated 4 3 years ago Case worker listened to my situation. Took my data and responded to the court on my letter efficiently and quickly they were very comprehensive in explaining to me my rights and my options and showed me where the other party did not live up to their legal obligations. I recommend them highly
