The environment is pleasant every single time I have ever been in there. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with anything I have ever needed. It’s always clean and very safe for everyone including children. Highly recommend!!

This place is just there to guilt trip you into keeping the baby/put it up for adoption. I'm sure they helped alot of people, but in my experience they were pretty judgmental about the fact that I was having a baby at 15. I got the feeling they were backed by a religious group. I ended up going to planned parenthood instead and now I have a 13 year old. At least planned parenthood gave me information to make an informed decision. This place is not a medical facility whatsoever, even though they seem to want to think that about themselves.
