Worst unprofessional rude staff, definitely need better training. If you can avoid ever going to pact I would highly suggest you do but if you have no choice be prepared to wait very long for ANYTHING and if you call don't expect a response EVER and Amy, Amiesha and Randy are the main ones to avoid FOR SURE! Pact all together is one of if not the number one worst place to have these unprofessional and rude employees who act like your life doesn't matter.

I don't mind coming here even due to the circumstances why I have to come here but Ruth the anger management teacher for the women's class is very nice. Anyone else there is helpful and understanding of your circumstances and try to work with you for help.
