Worst unprofessional rude staff, definitely need better training. If you can avoid ever going to pact I would highly suggest you do but if you have no choice be prepared to wait very long for ANYTHING and if you call don't expect a response EVER and Amy, Amiesha and Randy are the main ones to avoid FOR SURE! Pact all together is one of if not the number one worst place to have these unprofessional and rude employees who act like your life doesn't matter.

A bit too strict on seniors. Should have a driving/delivery service for nondrivers or seniors. Should be there when they schedule their OWN appointments.

I don't mind coming here even due to the circumstances why I have to come here but Ruth the anger management teacher for the women's class is very nice. Anyone else there is helpful and understanding of your circumstances and try to work with you for help.

Visited to drop off resume and application for Veterans Treatment Court Case Manager. The Manager was out of town on business however the receptionist was very nice and helpful. This seems like the kind of place I'd like to have a career.

Kristine is the best. Always with a smile and eager to help. Doesn't matter if she's not feeling well or if her foot is broken. Her customer service skills remain the same 😁
