Came up to the door nobody here but a sign that says you need to go online there's no phone number that you can call for assistance

I drove all the way here only to find out that they are closed to the Public. This was my first time going to the place. How disappointing. No assistance anywhere. Smh.

They do not help people who really need the help. Worst ever. Do not even attempt this it's a scam pretty much to make you think you will get help but never see it.

It is the 21st century. Why are you still requiring people to actually print documents to bring to PHA, instead of simply allowing your client to attach them to an email. What if a person did not have a car; to send the amount of paperwork via the mail can be costly since you guys require so much. PHA is doing it's job and creating barriers for the poor.
