Having a family member show up there even in bad situations they couldn't even tell if that person was ok or not. They were rude answering the phones as well. U could do better smh.

Thank you to several staff members that showed me and my daughter dignity and respect in a time when we really needed it. Stormie, John, and Dawn really stood out as staff that went above and beyond in showing my 6 year old daughter and I empathy at one of the most uncertain times in my life. Our room on the family side was safe and we were approved for our duplex in about 3 months. This is not a luxury hotel, but it definitely served it's intended purpose in providing a temporary safe place to stay. I cannot express enough how well most of the staff are trained and deal with crisis situations with such professionalism daily! I'm so happy that a new family shelter is going to be built in a year or two. This will provide more space for homeless families in need.

This shelters is not meant to be on housing the women shelters is meant for you too get on housing within a month now you have to wait years to get on an also they have bedbugs be aware of roaches an bedbug when there suppose to have the community spray an they don't an they worry bout getting it kids tooken away too
