I respect the early reviews on this page and assume they may have come with an earlier staff, etc. Just have to say that my recent experiences with Pathways has been great. I went through a traumatic experience I never thought I would experience and my assigned coordinator and counselor have been so helpful to me. I feel lucky with their approach and respect to my trauma, how I'm processing it, and all of the help they've offered. They're taking scientifically sound steps with my treatment, along with empathy and care. Highly recommend Pathways if you're going through any sort of trauma that they address.

From the time I called in to the last session I had, felt in very unprofessional hands... the girl at the support line was immediately dismissive of my situation, and once I did have a counselor, sessions went absolutely nowhere.

Truthfully I've never had therapy before so I've been def trying to put a good spin on my experience but the truth of the matter is, I did not find healing here. My first therapist I met via telehealth 3 times, and by the 3rd time, she was sarcastic to me 4 times in one session. When I let the facility know I did not want to continue with the therapist, I was left hanging for a bit before allowing me to meet with another therapist, this time in person. I thought we were making progress, but after our fifth session, the final crisis counseling session, which meant after this one, we would be focusing on the assualt, I was told it was our last session and that she could recommend where else I could go. No reason given for why they weren't following the therapy plan I was told we would follow. I honestly didn't feel safe enough to trust anything she would recommend esp since this was such a sudden change and dismissal.
