Very apparent they are amateurs. Do not answer the phone. Walls are thin. Turnover for their employees are super high. Please do not let them trap you.

Don't waste your time here. We've had so many problems and majority of them remained unresolved. We haven't even been here for that long. The apartments may seem decent, but it's not worth it. We called so many times and nobody ever picked up. It took us driving all the way over here and confronting them personally to answer our questions. They gave us a false move-in date and didn't tell us that it got pushed back TWICE. If we hadn't drove over here to confirm our move-in date, we would have brought our things for no reason. Ashley, "the manager", told us after we signed the leases that we had to pay rent before we could get the keys so, we went to get the money order, came back and she went on a 2 HOUR LUNCH BREAK, knowing that we were coming back and didn't bother giving us a courtesy call. She gave more than half of the apartment complex the wrong gate keys so, a lot of us had to wait for someone to open the gate. They're terrible at telling us important things such as; using their wifi provider, the gate code (which we still don't have), "forgot" to give us our extra set of keys, and they clearly stated that we didn't have to pay for water, but turns out we do. We were never informed of this prior to us getting a water bill. When we told them about it they tried to make it seem like we were aware that we would have to pay for the water and we weren't. If the apartment management had better communication with their tenants these issues would've already been resolved/deescalated.

Gate is always broken in some way. There's always domestic abuse happening and you can hear it through the walls. There's hardly enough parking for the residents. The apartments themselves are nice and modern, but a lot of people don't take good care of them

Poor management and low quality products used in the building of these apartments. Maintenance is inferior & has little to no tools, no insulation resulting in hearing every neighbors conversation & no care for low income tenants. Floors are thin and everytime someone walks who have heavy shoes or feet, it sounds like they're coming thru your ceiling. One of my black neighbors had black mold in their water heater closet resulting from nasty residence above and the apartments took months to "clean it out" while not immediately rectifying the issue. If that was a white person, I'm sure it would've been resolved much quicker.. Those whom write glowing reviews and high stars are either friends of the management, scared of being evicted or naive/delusional.

We absolutely LOVE it here! Tammy is the absolute best and went above and beyond to welcome us into the community. The apartments are GORGEOUS! My 7 year-old loves the balcony, pool, and playground. We love Palladium so much and would definitely recommend living here! Also, Rachel was so great to talk with and Addison was always SO professional. It really feels like they care about you. Thanks, Palladium, for making us feel at home right away!
