Aaron Wisti rated 5 6 months ago Very helpful staff at the front desk, and they try to answer questions as best as they can, even when it has nothing to do with Omaha Housing Authority. |
Anya Smith rated 5 9 months ago It was awesome and really haunted no one has lived in that house for years so Lexi and Moe and I went there to fix it up alittle bit |
Khadija Danielle Provencher rated 1 10 months ago I submitted now two certified copies, one mailed, one walked down, of my name change. Months ago. I just go a call from the main office, on a day they are closed, asking who I was. Smh Someone needs to get on their &$&@$!!! |
Tamerea Marion rated 1 a year ago I reached out to Omaha Housing Authority just to see if they were the correct resource I needed to contact or if I actually needed to contact fair housing in regards to problems with my building conditions and my landlord. I contacted by email using OHA's contact us system from their website originally after hours mentioning that I simply didn't know who to call and if OHA was not the right place for them to simply please direct me to the correct entity. Instead of OHA being professional and simply responding to my email to tell me to contact fair housing or code enforcement some employee at OHA forwarded my email DIRECTLY TO MY LANDLORD
Causing my landlord to get upset and threaten to evict me. I've never stayed in one of OHA properties but this is my experience with them that I felt I needed to share because that was completely unprofessional when I was just asking for a resource. I'm now in a tense situation with my landlord because he thinks I was just trying to reach out to his job to slander him and I just needed to know who to call about an issue...These people at OHA definitely look out for each other |
