I had turned to Ohio guidestone when I was at my lowest and just really wanted to get back into therapy and try to get myself back on track. If that's your goal here, Ohio guidestone probably isn't for you. I know things have been wonky due to covid, understandably, but when I had decided my counselor wasn't right for me and reached out, I was just funnelled through different voicemail systems, and am still waiting and we are going on 3 months now. I am no longer waiting for a call back, this place was awful for me. In 7 weeks of scheduled therapy, I had 1 session followed by countless reschedules that never happened either, all signing up for therapy through them did was give me false hope. Really think my lady might've been clearing her entire days at home, and trying to make it seem otherwise because on our reschedule days she'd magically have phone and internet trouble. Either way, tried to just get a different counselor and it never happened.

Absolutely horrible, they cannot keep the kids in line. They antagonize the kids. They have threatened the kids and the therapists there are manipulative. They have no intention in helping your child no matter what they say. They just want your money. They have mold growing in the building. They have abusive staff. I wouldn’t send anyone there, especially a loved one.
