I appreciate how professional they’re from the time you walk-in til the time you leave.

My husband was trying to get a grant through you guys. He did everything he needed to do in a timely manner just for the guy who was working with him to never get back in touch when they said everything else that needed to be done was on their end. He finally got in touch with him after a week of relentless calling just for him to say, "sorry, but you missed the deadline" trying to put it on him when there's a literal paper trail proving otherwise. He quit his job and everything because he was told that there was money coming to him and it was for certain so he could start school. I'm reporting this fraudulent "company."

Called and waited for a half hour just to be hung up on by the representative, then was told by the automated machine to call back at another time.

The employees are nice but seem like they have no idea what they're doing. No one ever called me for my follow up appointment so they haulted my unemployment even though I stayed home all day waiting for that call. Now Im racking up credit card debt because these people's mistakes. No one answered the phone when calling multiple lines. When someone finally reached out to me, they couldn't get ahold of the call back person either. They cant even get through to each other down there. Like I said before, this lady was nice and understanding and actually gave me the follow up interview then and there. But then to cover their butts, they sent an email at 10pm stating my new appointment was for 230pm that day like I wouldn't read the time they sent it... I dont like writing this because the people were very polite to me but they're causing me debt and lots of stress so it needs to be addressed
