This is the third adoption agency I've worked with, and by far the most efficient and professional. It was great to know I could always get my questions answered quickly. I was so grateful that the social worker was able to schedule our home study so quickly

The staff was so caring and professional- it's evident they love these children, the birth families who often find themselves in hard places, and also adoptive families, who are stepping out and taking the risk to get involved. It's incredible how much they have to balance and get right- from legal complexities and paperwork, to truly seeking the best outcome for all these people involved...yet they manage to do it, and do it well. It's amazing!

We started our adoption before we moved by using the Lexington office for our homestudy! The way EVERY a single person in that office helped us was amazing. Everybody was above and beyond helpful to us. I never ever felt like we were bothering them or asking too many questions..... and we had A LOT of them!! It was a very overwhelming process for us at first and the way they put our concerns at ease was priceless. We also had to get things done quickly because we knew we were being moved and they worked so hard to complete our stuff in a timely manner! Our social worker is so sweet and we still keep in touch even though we had to relocate out of state. They also went above and beyond helping us figure out how to get things done. For them we will always be grateful!! Amazing team out of Lexington!! Thank you all!
