I WISH SOMEONE WOULD EXPLAIN TO CHILD SUPPORT UNIT WHAT INCOME MEANS. THEY COLLECT MONEY EVEN FROM PEOPLE WITH FOOD STAMPS AND TAKE WHAT THEY CAN FOR PROJECTED/IMAGINARY INCOME THAT YOU DONT HAVE. HOW TO EXPLAN THAT I AM NOT ELON MUSK BUT THEY SEE IT AS PROJECTED. AND IT IS SUPRISING HOW STATES AND FEDS BELIEVES THAT IT IS LAWFUL TO TAKE THAT DONT BELONG TO THEM FOR PROJECTED INCOME. THEY RUBBING PEOPLE, PUTTING THEM IN JAIL NOT FOR THE FAILURE TO PAY BUT FOR IMAGINARY INCOME THAT DONT EXIST, AND CALL IT LAWFUL ACTION.

Very unprofessional. You come in and then have you waiting for HOURS just to be told they can't help you. Trying to restore driving restrictions with a judges order to full restoration of driving privileges letter was told its useless. Regardless of the date. Its an ORDER FROM THE JUDGE and they say its means nothing. What kind of office is this that override a judges orders and its stamp. These people just judge you not even knowing you. Even if you pay they still act like your not paying. They dont care. They are NOT human. They dont care if you suffer. They are hopeless. WE NEED A BETTER SYSTEM AND BETTER PEOPLE.

These people are the worst. They charge me twice for annual fee and claimed that it is the beginning of the fiscal year. The full amount gets taken out of my spouse’s paycheck and each month I keep on getting lesser amounts. I am not getting the full amount. And when I call the supervisor are the worst very rude and nasty.
