Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible. Sad place to go. As a father who has paid over $100,000 in child support. This place is inhumane and terrible. Most of the staff their talk your business in public and tell everybody what's going on on your personal business. Only a few staff their are even helpful. Disgusting place to get help as a paying non custodial parent. Terrible

Do not waste your time with the 888 number. You will die of old age before your issues are resloved. Go in person Mon-Fri. Do your homework and know exactly what you need before you go. Monetary adjustments are better done in Support Court with all supporting documents, reciepts, payment histories etc on hand and clearly accounted for.
