I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worse own enemies if I had any ESPECIALLY if you're a different color. Everything was fine until my son came at the end of August from Florida. My son is Black, Puerto Rican, and white (skin complexion is on the dark side) and my daughter is black is white(skin complexion is more white). 2 weeks and 3 days since my son came back from Florida I was Kicked for 30 days for something I didn't even do. I was told I was NOT allowed to discipline my children ( spank with open hand on butt or times out ) because someone that lost full custody of there child felt some type of way. When someone pushed my daughter they only gave them a warning, when someone stole me and my kids food I was only offered a bag of frosted flakes like what is that going to do? Both my kids cereal ( family size) , ground turkey meat that I took out the night before, and milk damn near full when put in with my name on it just gone with NO TYPE OF INVESTIGATION DONE! MIND YOU CAMERA IS IN THE KITCHEN AREA!! When I came back 30 days later, I was only there 5 weeks and 3 days when I was permanently kicked for once again false allegations. NO TYPE OF INVESTIGATION OR ANYTHING I NEVER SAID ANYONE DID MONEY LAUNDERING LETS GET THAT RIGHT! BUT IF THE SHOE FITS PUT IT ON SWEETHEART 🥰 I SAID YOU WERE MESSING WITH MY MAIL AND I HAVE THE POST OFFICE TO BACK THAT UP FOR ME! I HAVE PROOF TO BACK THAT UP SWEETHEART DO YOU WANT TO SEE IT? I NEVER BROKE A BUNKBED I TOOK A PICTURE ON THE ROOM BEFORE I POURED SOAP ON IT! WANTED TO MAKE SURE THEY REALLY GOT IT CLEANED FOR THE NEXT. (The baby and his family white too) But let's not talk about how an infant was beat on a changing table on camera the only thing that was done was the cops and cps being called but they never got kicked for it especially the person that did it. But I get kicked for false allegations? With 2 children single mother and all. They never even helped me to find another shelter or anything knowingly knowing I had no where else to go! But they have helped others find other shelters to go too. Let a white single mother with a white baby that barely watched him she constantly got in trouble for it but only was Kicked once for mouthing off to a staff member but she should have been kicked on multiple different occasions. How is that fair? I am so close to having an apartment and new center hope lied to them about me damaging a bunkbed and money laundering apparently 😅 just found that out, guess what? I have an amazing rental history HONAAAAYS your word meant NOTHING! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

My mom, brother, and I were staying here in a family unit. It's clean and nice, but the staff are disrespectful except for a few. they kicked us out because I was going to see my grandparents who are about to pass away , we explain the situation and they were not understanding or listening to us. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
