I was honest throughout the entire process: I’m experiencing a drastic decline in business because of multiple clients who refuse to honor their contracts. I have been fighting this in court for over two years. One of the clients works for the NH Historical Society… any relation? 🧐 If yes, can you please ask Mary Morris/Adams/Mattin to pay her bill from 2021? Anyway, instead of just telling me I didn’t qualify from the beginning, this office wasted over three months of my time. I visited multiple locations on multiple occasions. I attended the nonsense “meeting” where a guy was literally sneezing all over everything (there was also a bald guy in the front row who was spinning his head around so much I thought it might fall off). Two stars are for the theatrics. Aside from minimal amusement/entertainment value, I would not recommend dealing with the place.

Was overpaid 2k. Stopped my payment, couldn't get a clear answer why. Payments were promised but then changed when the determined was changed with no notice to me. I have been trying to speak to a manager about this to get a clear answer for TWO. YEARS. TWO YEARS. Call centers cannot guarantee a call back and will NOT give ANY assistance when asking for help. They're rude, mean, and I would get FIRED if i spoke to customers like this. Just say you don't want to help constituents. This is a joke.

My husband has been unemployed for 2 -3 months, he decided this would be a good time to go back to school and get a certification, however school is full time meaning we have had no income minus a couple bucks from door dash and my disability, he applied for UI benefits and it’s been one thing after another, they claimed he couldn’t get benefits while doing door dash but in reality he could, they claimed because he was in school he wasn’t available to work so he can’t get benefits if he can’t work (he has nights and weekends available) and overall it’s been sheer chaos, he has graduated from his 2 month program and finishing all the paperwork needed to get his certification and yet no payment has been made form UI, door dash is getting slow and my ssdi can only go so far, I want answers
