I have been trying to get my BLS CPR Trainer certification since JUNE. I was approved by NSC at multiple levels to teach in JULY. I continually email, get bounced around, told new curriculum is coming out, etc. I was told the "Chesapeake Office" has to handle it. Neither NSC or CRSC are keeping in correspondence with me. I continually have to reach back out. I even offered the buy the old curriculum knowing I would have to buy it again when it is renewed. Nothing. I have had dozens of people miss the opportunity to be CPR certified by me(which I have been wanting to do at no cost to my community), and a cardiac arrest AT MY OFFICE since I have been trying to get this program. You either do not want my money, or do not truly care about safety education to the public.

Have really dropped off in quality recently. Excessive wait times and no call backs or emails. It took 5 separate attempts to resolve a simple billing issue. They have been undergoing a "system upgrade" for 6 months now, and have no idea about when it will be completed.
