I've been getting my phlebotomist license renewed with National Phebotomy Association for the last 4 years or so, great customer service skills and personality.

Every year it takes longer to get recertification sent back. They never answer the phone they have limited hours. Last year it took 6 months to receive my recertification this year is going on to 7 months. Absolutely ridiculous!

THEY DO NOT PICK CALLS, THIS IS ANNOYING. This is a new review. I finally met with the instructor Ms. Black, sincerely, she is the best. She gave me all the information, and I love her positive vibes not only that she is very encouraging. 8/18/2020.
