I've been getting my phlebotomist license renewed with National Phebotomy Association for the last 4 years or so, great customer service skills and personality.

Every year it takes longer to get recertification sent back. They never answer the phone they have limited hours. Last year it took 6 months to receive my recertification this year is going on to 7 months. Absolutely ridiculous!

THEY DO NOT PICK CALLS, THIS IS ANNOYING. This is a new review. I finally met with the instructor Ms. Black, sincerely, she is the best. She gave me all the information, and I love her positive vibes not only that she is very encouraging. 8/18/2020.

Kudos to the staff. Everyone was polite and professional. I was out of town, when an potential employer reached out to me via email to see ask if I was certified, which was a requirement for the job. I replied, I would get them the information the requested. I was not sure which way to turn, since the documents I were in a storage unit I no longer had. I reached out to NPA, there they were able to provide me with a letter of good standing as proof of my certification, so I could give it to the employer. Thanks again NPA!

I have been certified through NPA since 1984. The owner and staff are knowlwdgeable,professional and consostant. I love the contiuing Ed classes and workshops. They have been around for 40 years and I can count on NPA being around for a long time. Melanie B
