Located in Alva, attached to the office on Oklahoma Blvd, sits the New Beginnings - Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) project; Designed to assist survivors (and their children) who experience chronic homelessness and disabling conditions, these apartments are income-based. Aside from the benefit of income-based housing, residents also have access to the staff of NWDCS Inc. on-site, and a computer lab to assist with technological needs for life and education.
