Very rude, never in office to answer phones. Even trying to charge me rent because I get a utility check. Ok y’all took it so now why am I paying rent? I don’t even get the check anymore

The most rudest company ever. The don’t help with adjusted rent. The don’t answer the phones, they have attitude problems, place you on a long hold, not professional .
