MzBossLady2 rated 1 3 months ago Very rude and unprofessional people. I just called and asked a question and was met with complaints about how many people the caseworker has, that I'm not the only one and that there is no timeline. I'm just wondering, what are the people there getting paid for? Is there no training upon hire? A person should be able to get assistance and be met with professionalism upon calling or coming to the office. If they are understaffed, hire more people and answer the phone with professionalism. Most people in need of assistance are people that are going through a difficult time and hate to even be in a position that requires them to apply for housing assistance. But in MS, that unfortunately is what you get. Sadly, it is your own kind. Please do better people and possibly retrain your employees and case workers on proper phone etiquette or revamp and get some new staff that can handle multiple case loads and work the cases up, just as though they are servicing their loved ones. I'm tempted to call the main office because I want to know who is the head of this program and why the service is so poor. If you are in a position of authority or even working a job, please have the right attitude and spirit while working that job. You are not working for yourself, you are working for the Lord. Treat people as you want to be treated. Everyone deserves to be treated and talked to with the utmost respect. |
Esha Love rated 5 3 months ago I was able to get the help I need from Mrs. Crawford. She is truly a blessing. If it wasn't for her and a few others I wouldn't of gotten the help I needed. Thank You again 🙏🏽 |
Lashune Lashune rated 1 3 months ago The two ladies that I spoke with on June 03 were very unprofessional and had no knowledge of their job. First of all, I said, " hi, how are you?" She responds with"how may I help you?" With all that attitude and still did not know her job because she could not give me an answer to my question. Not only that but I asked her name and she transferred me to another line that just rung and rung. I then called back and got somewhat of the same attitude but did get a number and name even though I said," thank you," she hung up in my face. This type of behavior in a workplace like this need to be reported to higher authorities. There are people who might be afraid to call because of situation like this and others who might be suffering from depressing. The last thing they need is for someone that work in an environment meant to help people not be so aloof in those type of circumstances instead they seem to bringing home to work. When people call MS Regional Housing Authority VI evidently they need help not to get shutdown by people who sit around there for a check with an attitude and not shown concern and or even try to help. This has to STOP. |
